3kok Terms and Conditions

2.1 Registration Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on 3kok and use its services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• You may only operate one account in your name.
• You must use your own personal bank account or mobile banking account.
• The platform may request necessary documents to verify the information you have provided.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you will be required to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and details about your preferred payment method. After registration, we may request a copy of your national identity card or passport to verify your identity and address if needed.

Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in that account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds into 3kok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Funds are added to the account once the deposit is confirmed.
• You must use only a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• There is no set maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds from the account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are only approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to hold withdrawals and conduct additional verification.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on 3kok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply. 3kok is not responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on 3kok are conducted according to specific rules. The individual rules for each game are detailed within the game interface.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 3kok reserves the right to void the relevant round.
• All games are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers.
• 3kok upholds a fair play policy and there is no bias in the outcome of any game.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply for betting on cricket, football, and other sporting events:

• Bets are settled based on the official match result.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets are settled according to the applicable rules.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• Maximum bet limits for specific events are set separately.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3kok:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Stealing or using another member's account credentials.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Depositing using third-party funds or using a third-party payment method for deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or using obscene language against any player or staff member.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and all funds may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

3kok will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or other technical issues.
• If loss occurs due to a fault in third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• If loss occurs due to your own negligence or failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions) that are beyond our control.

In any case, 3kok's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11.1 Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you may withdraw any remaining valid funds (excluding bonus funds if wagering requirements have not been met).

3kok reserves the right to close your account for the following reasons: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information, participation in prohibited activities, or legal requirements.

12.1 Changes to Terms

3kok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members in advance wherever possible.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as your agreement to the new terms. For this reason, we recommend that you visit this page regularly.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or void, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
